Salut am si yo o "mica" problema stie cumva cineva cum se poate face asa ceva la pc?

Comanda neonului este relativ simpla. Iei o lampa portabila cu neon (ieftin, China) se face comanda nu prin oscilatorul propriu ci prin insusi semnalul audio captat printr-un filtru (modifici luminozitatea prin frecventa de comanda). Interesant si atractiv, voi prelua ideea si il vom pune curand pe un site.
Cu ventilatorul, este clasicul propeller clock cu leduri color (7-9) omandat de data aceasta tot prin filtru . Vezi pe Prof. google:
